HOW WE UPHOLD THESE TERMS

Explore How playbazzar Manages Your Account Data

Our approach to terms enforcement is transparent: we log every account action with a timestamp so that any dispute can be traced accurately.

Data Handling

We store only the data necessary to operate your account and process transactions. Personal details submitted during account opening are encrypted at rest and in transit and are never sold to third parties.

Cookie Policy

Cookies are used to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and monitor platform performance. You may adjust cookie settings in your browser at any time; some features may not function if cookies are fully disabled.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts. We also monitor for unusual login locations and will temporarily lock your account and notify you via registered email if suspicious activity is detected.

Data Retention

Transaction records and account logs are retained for a minimum of five years in line with applicable financial regulations. You may request a copy of your own data by contacting our support team in writing.

Who to Contact for Changes

To update your registered name, address, or payment details, contact support with valid identity documents. Changes take effect within three business days after verification is complete.

Requesting Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data by submitting a written request to our support team. We will process the request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations that prevent immediate removal.

A breach may result in a temporary suspension while we investigate, or a permanent closure if the breach is serious. We will notify you by email and give you an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made.

Submit your dispute in writing via the live chat or email channel. Include your account ID, the date of the transaction, and the amount in question. We will acknowledge your dispute within four hours and aim to resolve it within 48 hours.

Yes. Send a written data-access request to our support team. We will compile and send your account data within 30 days. This includes transaction logs, login history, and any correspondence we have on file.
